We are seeking to recruit high-calibre staff to join our Highways and Transport Infrastructure Department.

Senior Airport Planner
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for Airport Master Plan and ALP production;
  • Assist with the development of airport master plans, on-call aviation planning services, and support for project managers in general planning tasks;
  • Perform work which involves conventional design and plans requiring the use of analysis, interpretation, and deductive reasoning;
  • Carry out diversified projects, or phases of a single project.
Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Planning or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of aviation planning experience;
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Experience in Airport Layout Plan, Master Plan Production & obstruction analysis;
  • Experience in using AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS;
  • Full knowledge of ICAO and IATA standards and recommended, including experience in their interpretation;
  • Able to work independently and supervise more junior members of the team;
 
  • Experience working in Asia Pacific;
  • Experience in simulation modelling (airside or terminal) a benefit;
  • Knowledge of Aviation Simulation Tools (AviPLAN, AEDT, INM, Pathplanner, Capacity Modeling);
  • GIS knowledge and/or other graphical software beneficial although not essential;
  • Experience in airfield and/or terminal operations.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Airport Planner.
