Your role within the team:

• Oversee health, safety, and security obligations of project.
• Manage the Health, Safety, and Security team.
• Develop and implement safety and security processes.
• Coordinate with corporate safety and security departments.
• Ensure contractors' compliance with safety and security plans.
• Collaborate with Program Leads to integrate safety and security.
• Provide management and executive-level reporting.
• Advise on safety and security policies and regulations.
• Mentor and support staff development.

The ideal candidate:

• 15+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years in safety and security leadership.
• 5+ years in large infrastructure programs over CAD $500M (airports experience preferred).
• Expertise in health and safety, security, and incident investigation.
• Experience managing teams on complex projects.
• Strong technical skills in all project phases.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Recognized degree and professional designation (CRSP, CHSC, or equivalent).
