Senior Manager -Security

JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager Security with a minimum of 12 years’ management experience shall ensure that the security department function operates efficiently across the Consultant’s organization and with external interfacing PMCM’s by providing an Integrated Master Schedule for all activities including; schedule performance and deviations.

The Senior Manager Security with a minimum of 12 years’ management experience will assist the Employer and Stakeholders in approving each O&M Contractors Security control plan and ensure the O&M Contractors compliance during the contract period. He will be required to monitor the Riyadh Metro network security control procedures, including stations, staff and passengers ensuring a safe environment for public, passengers and staff.

The scope will encompass the management and supervision of each O&M Contractor’s security, surveillance, access control and intruder control across the RPTN. He shall lead a small team of security staff who will monitor the metro security activities from the OCC/TCC in coordination with each of the O&M Contractor's security manager. He will also liaise with the Ministry of Interior and other relevant authorities to verify the correct implementation of the security requirements on the Riyadh Metro network.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Review, comment the O&M contractor security plans;
• Monitor, ensure compliance to the O&M contractor security plans.
• Performance reporting for the O&M contractors (from security point of view).
• Ownership and coordination with various departments to produce Monthly reports.
• Responsible of dashboards on the project.
• Ensure compliance to the project processes and procedures in security function.
• Develop, update and maintain project safety plans

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in security or related field.
• Cybersecurity qualification is added value;
• Good English verbal and written skills;
• Experience of working within large, fast moving organisations;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Good written & communication skills, with the ability to write accurate and clear reports;
• Project Management experience;
• Experience of supervising subordinate professionals, performing activities such as training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining;
