Job Description:

Provides strategy development and technical solutions for medium to large scale planning and development projects.
Plays a key role in the preparation of plans and renderings.
Responsible for the completion of planning reports and policy documents for clients.
Conducts site feasibility studies.
Prepares documents to obtain necessary permits.
Ensures that projects are executed properly, including assigning resources as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or above) in Planning or Urban Design or closely related fields.
Candidates with expertise or experiences in utilities infrastructures are preferable.
At least 5-10 years of related experience as a Planner or Designer.
Familiar with the related policy, rules and methods of Chinese Urban design & planning. And experienced in physical applying and implementing the conceptual planning, master planning, and control planning of Chinese cities.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
