AtkinsRealis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors (Pre Contract).

Job Description Highlights:

• Excellent proficiency in pricing and cost planning / BOQ.

• Experience in Cost X and measurement tools is must.

• Strong experience with various types of assets, including understanding design documents, different trades, measurement, preparing estimates, pricing, and reporting.

• Solid understanding of measurement and cost planning standards.

• Clear communication skills with the team.

• Client-facing and interaction capabilities.

• Experience in benchmarking.

Pre Contract:

• Feasibility studies, concept, schematic, and detailed design cost planning and estimating. Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Pre-Tender Estimates. Value engineering, monthly cost reports, tender services including the preparation of Instructions to Tenderers, Appendix to Tender, Particular Conditions, tender analysis, negotiations, and recommendations. Contract document preparation, attendance at design and commercial meetings, and other related activities.

Experiences and Qualifications:

• MRICS is man

• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university;

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience;

• Minimum of 5 years’ UAE/ international experience;

• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years;

• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required;

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
