Responsibilities

  • Should have excellent knowledge of the LEED Online platform and can support design teams in populating the requirements Have a clear understanding of sustainability rating tools requirements, and the have the ability to be able to communicate and disseminate this information to the relevant teams effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure the evidence provided are in compliance with LEED credit requirements
  • Support the development of energy models using IES to present daylight analyses, thermal comfort and energy requirements of new and existing developments for LEED compliance
  • Should have excellent reporting skills conveying the required actions across in a clear manner

Requirements

  • A degree qualification in Engineering or related fields.
  • 15 years or more of post graduate experience.
     

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Have the skills to manage over a dozen LEED projects in a well-organized manner, and supporting on the energy modelling ensure an efficient and smooth delivery service 
  • Chartered / Professional in Environment, Energy or Engineering LEED Accredited Professional under the Building Design and Construction scheme at a minimum.
  • Experience in LEED 2009 and LEED v4 is essential.
  • Ideally the candidate should have working knowledge of LEED Operations and Maintenance and Neighbourhood Development schemes.
  • Have previous experience in private international consultants Excellent communication skills 
  • Adaptable and willing to contribute to other disciplines as required (waste management, building physics and environment).
