Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for schematic urban design of different scales;

2. Responsible for developing urban design results such as reports, presentation, multimedia, animation, effect drawing and etc);

3. Communicate with client on requirements, progress and project briefing;

4. Responsible for major design and progress follow up;

5. Able to be responsible of project management in urban design projects.

1. 独立完成不同尺度的城市设计方案；

2. 主持和组织城市设计成果制作（报告文件、演示文件、多媒体、动画、效果图等）；

3. 与客户针对项目要求进度沟通及项目汇报；

4. 承担主要的设计，项目推进工作；

5. 可以承担城市设计项目管理工作。

Qualifications:

1. 5-8 years of working experience with Master Degree from Urban Design, or Architecture, and Landscape majors;

2. Capable of schematic design independently, capable of completing the researching topics in design projects, project management experience preferred;

3. Skilled in PPT/Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop/CAD;

4. Sufficient English skills in both written and spoken;

5. Candidate need to pass quick test on urban design.

1. 5-8年工作经验，规划设计专业或建筑、景观专业硕士毕业生；

2. 具有独立方案设计能力，可以独立完成设计项目中的研究专题，有项目经理经验者优先；

3. 熟练运用PPT/Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop/CAD软件；

4. 流利的英语沟通能力；

5. 需要通过城市设计快题面试。
