Working closely to the director in charge, managing all stages of design.
Designing and managing planning and urban design projects.
Assisting in preparation of proposals and participating in interviews and public presentations.
Understanding and managing the requirements of agreements, budgets and schedules.
Good presentation and communication skills including public speaking, graphic presentation and writing plus the ability to work independently as well as in a team is a must.
Team player, able to work under pressure as well as responsible and outgoing.
Strong project design skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects teams and maintain client relationships.

Master degree or above in urban design or other relative disciplines earned in key universities.
Skilled in planning and relevant operations; can play a key role in planning for large-scale projects.
Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in urban design or architecture; familiar with national codes and standards.
Good communication skills; experienced in project management.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Candidates with overseas working or studying experience, or experience in foreign-capital enterprises are preferred.
