Data Intelligence is a vibrant community of 110+ consultants covering all Data enabling topics required to enable true Digital Transformation, ranging from Data Strategy, Data Architecture and Information Management to Data Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Geospatial Analysis amongst many others.

We are currently looking for Technical and Associate Directors, capable of re-imagininig our experience, skills and capability into offerings and propositions to our clients across a wide range of industries, but primarily focusing on Aerospace, Defence, National Security and Central Government and join a team of Technical and Associate Directors currently focusing in Engineering, Infrastructure and Transport domains.

This is a unique role, where you will drive and leverage the skills, experience and capability sitting in the practice to create, sell and deliver offerings and propositions to our clients.

Your purpose:

The Data Intelligence Practice prides itself of being an inclusive and collaborative environmnet where we aim to give every colleague all conditions to achieve their full potential - being true to this mission we envisage you to:

  • Be a champion and evangelist for Data and Intelligence across Atkins and our clients.
  • Establish current and relevant offers and propositions, using them to drive market penetration.
  • Establish and nurture networks across both Atkins and with our clients, becoming a representative for a business domain or offering from a Data Intelligence perspective.
  • Creates effective Data & Intelligence oriented solutions based on client needs and challenges, and brings the lateral thinking to leverage skills and competences available to the wider company.
  • Coordinates the creation of capability, directly with the Practice Manager and Capability Team Leads to support offerings, propositions and campaigns for clients and prospects.
  • Become a face for Data & Intelligence for Atkins in the industry.

What you can bring?

  • Solid and wide experience and knowledge across multiple data and intelligence domains, including Data Strategy & Governance, Data Architecture, Data Science and Insights, Artifical Intelligence, Geospatial and/or Data Engineering.
  • Good understanding of modern technology landscapes and when to use different types of data and intelligence driven solutions.
  • Experience in Sales or Pre-sales - including  running campaigns, create offerings and establish propositions.
  • Experience across one (or more) of the key target markets: Aerospace, Defence, National Security and Central Government.
  • Experience in managing Chief Officer and Director Level relationships.
