Join us as a Technical Director - Digital Transformation, working primarily, but not exclusively, in the Security, Intelligence and Government (SIG) market.  We have tremendous ambition to be our client’s partner of choice for Digital Transformation. Using your industry leading technical and consulting skills, you’ll spearhead our efforts to position us, provide technical leadership of our most challenging tasks and help position and win future opportunities that emerge from new technology and ways of working. You will act as a focal point to grow and develop our technical capabilities.

Your purpose

You will:

  • Act as Technical Director – Digital Transformation for the SIG market, providing a technical focal point supporting the market team in establishing robust growth;
  • Develop our brand with key economic buyers and strategic influencers
  • Sell Digital Transformation work – through relationship management and formal bids
  • Influence the client’s strategic direction of this transformational shift and provide a source of strategic advice
  • Work with Client Directors and Managers, leading the technical elements of key bids and pursuits, as well as shaping Client Value Propositions
  • Develop and articulate compelling DT value propositions and leading thought-leadership activities
  • 100% working with our clients – circa 50% on tasks, 50% BD
  • Act as a bridge into the Digital Advisory practice, articulating strategic capability development needs and support both market and practice strategies and plans
  • Leverage senior client relationships in pursuit of the above

What you can bring

  • Breadth of consultancy experience, working with Board level stakeholders
  • Able to operate commercially, e.g. simultaneously collaborating and competing with other consultancies, demonstrating seller-doer behaviours and competence
  • Demonstrable and relevant Cloud transformation (preferably AWS), AI and/or other relevant transformational technology experience
  • Demonstrable evidence of technically leading complex tender responses
