As a Transportation Project Director, you’ll be at the helm of our West Coast operation. Your leadership will steer us towards new horizons in municipal transportation.

In your pivotal role, you’ll spearhead AtkinsRéalis’ municipal transportation ventures in the West Coast. As part of the US transportation leadership team, you’ll craft and execute strategic plans to amplify our growth. Your expertise in planning, design, or construction will be the foundation of our regional success.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Client Engagement: Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients and forge new alliances.

• Community Presence: Enhance our brand by engaging with professional organizations and contributing to technical conferences.
• Team Growth: Identify and mentor future leaders, fostering an environment of professional development.
• Project Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of quality control and financial performance across projects.

What will you contribute?

• A bachelor’s degree in your field, with a graduate degree being a plus.

• At least 12 years of progressive experience, marked by technical prowess and leadership.
• Professional registration in your field, if available (e.g., P.E., A.I.C.P., R.A., or R.L.A.).

Expected compensation range is between $180,000 - $225,000 USD Annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
