Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Concord, NH DTS Office as a VUEWorks Customer Support Technician

Major Function/Role:
Assist the product implementation, training and development teams to respond to customer requests for support a training within the VUEWorks suite of web applications.

Job Duties:
Work involves varied tasks requiring complex understanding of the VUEWorks suite of web applications.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field with skills and experience focused in product development and support. Without a degree 4 years of hands-on working experience with web application support or development and COTS software products.

Special Skills:
Work well in a team environment and possess superior attention to detail, problem solving abilities and time management skills.

Professional Registrations:
N/A

Additional Requirements:
Needs an IT/systems type background - to support VUEWorks network based troubleshooting, IIS, SQL, etc.
