Accommodation and Logistics Manager

Atkins are looking for an Accommodation and Logistics Manager in Riyadh, KSA.

Primary Objective

To support Atkins/F+G project delivery across Saudi Arabia through the efficient provision and management of company provided residential accommodation, site offices and transportation

Objectives

Manage local logistics staff in Jeddah, Umluj, Al Ula, Medina and Tabuk in the support of  project delivery Continually review forecast staff headcount in the above locations to provide accommodation supply Be cognisant of and drive the health & safety and wellness agendas for our delivery team staff across the Kingdom Control and report monthly on the costs of accommodation and transportation across the locations above Develop supply chain relationships with landlords to deliver cost efficient and fit for purpose company provided accommodation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Good communication skills (English & Arabic)

• 10+ years if relevant experience

• Able to work with multiple stakeholders

• Good computer skills
