Role and Responsibilities

Process AFC Refunds
Perform Data Analysis
Coordinate with project stakeholders in relation to AFC Refunds
Manage daily Tracking Services Requests List and follow up with various Teams.
Monitor the Customer Care Centre Tickets, compliance with the agreed Process.
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
Liaise with internal and external Teams to fully understand data content
Create data graphs and visualizations
Perform Administrative tasks as required by project, such as Minute of meetings, presentation, reports and so on.
