Assistant Cost Manager

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans

· Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports

· Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required

· Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement

· Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations

· Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims

· Prepare and agree final accounts

Requirements:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, better with recognised Degree(s) by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.

· 1-3 years’ experience in cost management as consultant or client representative

· Have experience working in hospitality or office fit-out projects

· Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Ability to adapt to the fast track project.
