ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESAtkinsRéalis (India) is looking for Risk Managers / Senior Risk Managers to work on our national portfolio of infrastructure projects with experience of implementing Risk Management on major construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with a formal professional Risk Management qualification/certification.The person would be expected to:Ensure the successful delivery of risk management services in a consistent, professional manner with the aim of exceeding client expectations.Implement effective risk management activities to actively reduce risk exposure and uncertainty on projects & programmes.Support development and implementation of risk management approaches/systems for clients, incorporating best practice and procedures.Facilitate risk workshops and engage with project teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk management.Carry out risk analyses using industry recognised software / databases and demonstrate capabilities towards risk modelling tools. Produce risk reports summarising outputs to suit needs of the project / programme.Support the development of new risk management processes, procedures and tools as part of continuous improvement and innovation.Support with business development, client engagement and other profile-raising activities to promote our risk management services. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience of Project Risk Management/AssuranceA qualification/certification in risk management is preferred.Minimum 4-5 Years of Experience of working on major infrastructure projects in at least one of the following sub-sectors: rail, energy, highways, aviation, industry and utility sectorsDemonstrate competency with implementing Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000/ Institute of Risk Management / Association of Project Management methodologies including but not limited to:Initiating, developing and implementing risk management processesFacilitating workshops as part of the overall delivery of the risk processConducting risk reviews applying qualitative scoring of risksUndertaking Quantitative Risk Analysis techniques (Risk Modelling & MonteCarlo Simulations)Producing appropriate risk management reports to inform decision makingAwareness of industry risk management tools such as: ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, @Risk etcAn understanding of how risk management integrates with other Project Management and Project Controls disciplines including cost estimating, project planning and contract administrationDESIRED REQUIREMENTS:Strong Inter-personal skillsHands on experience in working on PowerBi or other Business Analytics toolsAdvanced MSExcel application skillsUnderstanding of Data Analytics and process automationA confident and professional manner, coupled with excellent communication skills, with clients and colleagues alike, to ensure clarity in all situations and to effectively influenceAn analytical thinker, you’ll also be able to show initiative and examples of creativitySelf-motivated and able to work well on your own initiativeHighly organised and able to prioritiseAbility to collaborate and build relationships across the wider teamsAbility to work well under pressure and proven ability to deliver to deadlines
