We are seeking an Associate Construction Manager to join our Kirkland, WA office. This position will work in a client-facing role full-time onsite with the embedded consultant PM/CM team. Primary responsibilities include leveraging prior construction field experience to lead tasks inchange management, independent cost estimating, and other commercial functions at the direction of the project team.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Analyzes construction project requirements in terms of personnel required for observation of construction progress and for testing and sampling of materials.

• Schedules and oversees the work of internal staff assigned to observation and testing activities.

• Observes construction progress in the field and writes reports to record observations and summarize test results.

• Monitors contractors' progress against established schedule.

• Reviews payment requests and verifies installed work quantities.

• Recommends solutions to field construction problems, acting as intermediary between contractor and internal staff.

• Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

 What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field and four years related experience.

• With Associate's degree, 12+ years of related experience. Without a degree, 14+ years related experience is required.

• Good mathematical, computer, analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to obtain certifications in applicable areas of work as required by clients.

• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.

• Proficient interpersonal and communications skills, willingness to learn.

Expected compensation range is between $75,000 - $115,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
