Actualmente en AtkinsRéalis nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Associate Director para nuestra oficina en México.

Responsabilidades:

· Liderar la gestión estratégica de los principales procesos operativos.

· Participar en la formulación técnica y aplicación del plan de negocios.

· Alinear a las distintas Gerencias a su cargo.

· Fomentar los lineamientos e iniciativas de HSSE, Ética y Cumplimiento y Valores Corporativos en la oficina de México.

· Buscar oportunidades que nos permitían vender los servicios que ofrece la empresa.

· Velar por el respeto de las normas, procedimiento y políticas corporativas y locales.

· Dirigir la planificación y gestionar el seguimiento y control de los proyectos en sus distintas etapas.

· Realizar reuniones periódicas programadas con supervisores, gerentes y clientes, brindando orientación sobre los proyectos.

· Gestionar el desarrollo de la creación de capacidad para varios miembros del equipo del proyecto con respecto al desarrollo, implementación y preparación de informes mensuales de progreso del proyecto e informes mensuales de costos y cronograma.

· Monitorear y reportar la carga laboral, la cual sufrirá cambios constantes durante el desarrollo de las actividades.

· Brindar capacitación a los gerentes y miembros del equipo del proyecto sobre gestión de riesgos en grandes proyectos.

· Asegurar los resultados operativos de los proyectos tomando decisiones estratégicas junto con las respectivas gerencias.

· Responsable del cumplimiento con política integridad.

· Participar en la elaboración del Plan Estratégico Anual para la Oficina de México.

· Seguimiento al cumplimiento de acciones del Plan Estratégico.

· Cualquier otra labor que EL EMPLEADOR designe.

Requisitos:

Disponibilidad para residir en Mexico.
Experiencia en posiciones de Gerencia o Liderazgo en el Sector Industrial, mínimo 10 años.
Experiencia general en el Sector más de 18 años.
Inglés: nivel Intermedio / Avanzado.
