We are seeking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to join the Atkins Middle East Planning, Design and Engineering Team. The Bid Management Coordinator will work with the Win Work Bid Managers and Head of Proposals to undertake a broad range of enabling and coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full breadth of the Atkins Planning, Design & Engineering win work activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working under the direction of the Head of Proposals, the Bid Management Coordinator is responsible for the following:
  • Creating, maintaining and managing the win work knowledge library
  • Supporting implementation of bid management improvement plan activities.
  • Supporting the development of a bid management training plan.
  • Supporting the production of bid management reporting, key account management and major pursuit reports.
  • Coordinating bid management related meetings with key stakeholders
  • General administrative duties to support the bid management team as required.

Role Competencies:

  • The successful candidate shall have the following technical and behavioural competencies:
  • Keen to gain experience in winning work to support professional development.
  • Excellent coordination and organisation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of InDesign or other software being an asset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confident verbal and written communicator – ability to gather information and present it in a cohesive manner.
  • Able to manage several tasks concurrently.
  • Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Experience in an administrative/ project coordinator role.
  • Should have atleast 4 – 10 years of relevant exp.
