Role Summary
 

The role of the Bid Coordinator is crucial in our Win Work team. You’ll collaborate with team members toco-ordinate RFP-compliant, competitive, and high-quality marketing proposals and presentations.

Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping our success. Let’s create a future where innovation and collaboration thrive.
 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Takes an active role in proposal document production.

• Work independently to respond to routine requests for information from project team members during bids.

• Create and populate forms for proposal submissions, ensuring compliance of AtkinsRéalis’ proposal development process and tools and  brand initiatives.

• Ensures pursuits are accurately tracked through CRM system. Works under the guidance of a Proposal or Project Manager to enhance proposal content.

• Layout and format proposals and other marketing material

• Coordinates and helps produce, package, and track the proposal for delivery, ensuring that proposal submission deadlines are always achieved.

• Assists in the proposal closeout process.
   

Please note this position is open to candidates seeking either full-time or part-time employment.
 

Desired Skills, Experience and Capabilities

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role, within Work Winning / Bids / Proposal teams.

• Experience preparing proposals and bids in a technical or consulting industry would be an asset.

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools.

• Excellent written and communications skills, ability to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and narrative flow.

• Strong organisational skills, ability to make and follow detailed checklists and schedules.
