We are growing our team across several roles, including Design. As a Bid Designer you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects alongside a global team of over 80 creatives, motion designers, developers (web and real-time) and 3D visualisers. Get a taster of our our team here.

We create and implement viable concepts that utilise technology in a way that enhances outcomes and creates efficiencies.

The role will enable you to work collaboratively with Creative Design and other teams in SNC-Lavalin, adding value and innovation directly to external clients including MoD, EDF, National Highways and HS2.

This role is be based out of Dubai. We are on a hybrid working model.

Is the role right for you?

• An original portfolio of work that demonstrates strong layout and typography skills

• Manage the end-to-end bid process including delivering to tight deadlines

• Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders and clients

• Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids

• Passionate, driven and wanting to invest in Creative Design’s vision and culture

• A team player with a friendly and collaborative approach to projects

• Confident communication with clients and colleagues when presenting your work

• Happy to work both in the office and remotely

Skills:

• A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong layout and typography skills

• Proactive and reactive problem solving

• Managing multiple bids at once. You’ll be the type of person that can stay cool under pressure
