Construction and Finance Analytics Specialist

Our Arizona Team is growing! The Construction and Finance Analytics Specialist will use finance concepts, analytical techniques, and industry knowledge to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Use applications such as Power BI, SQL, Python, SAP, Excel to create/maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards that enable project managers to track performance and drive improvement. This is a full time internal positions with Faithful+Gould with robust benefits. This position is located at our client site in Chandler, AZ and requires daily commute.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Prepares presentations for project teams and share findings.
- Assist in analyzing data sets from client to track project progress and status updates.
- Partner closely with the Finance teams, understand their data needs and build plans to address those with intelligent data solutions in a timely and sustainable fashion.
- Deliver data solutions that tell a story and provide insights to the users, enabling them to make better decisions and complete their responsibilities more efficiently.
- Provide project team with clear analytical insights into business drivers, opportunities, and risks.
What will you contribute?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Data or Finance Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Visualization expertise in tools like Power BI, and SQL.
- Experience in construction industry
- Experience using Python is a plus but not required.
