AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Cost Controller to work on a variety of minerals and metals related projects across the GCC from our office in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
Cost Control:
Collaborate with Project Controls and other internal teams for goal achievement.
Manage project finances, including budget monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
Verify and process project invoices as per DOA.
Maintain systematic filing systems for financial records.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly cost reports, three-month cash flow projections, and weekly CEO/shareholder reports.
Monitor cost center actuals, expenses, and maintain logs.
Project Management:
Communicate effectively within the team on cost-related matters.
Create and update project cost reports.
Coordinate with managers, contractors, and planners for accurate progress reporting.
Skills:
Advanced cost control techniques, variance analysis, and cost reduction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards/SAP Finance or similar software, PM+ Module, and PRISM.
Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and critical thinking.
Education & Experience:
Master’s or bachelor’s in Finance or related discipline from an accredited university
Professional certifications are a plus
10+ years in Project and Cost Controls, Accounting, and Finance.
Previous fast paced work environment experience.
