Cost Management Intern - Summer 2025

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Management Intern to join our New York City office.

Our Internship Program, Explore, is designed for college students pursuing a degree in a STEM field and provides opportunities to learn what it’s like to work in a professional environment and apply what’s learned in class to the real-world challenges we face every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform material pricing investigations.

• Review cost management outputs for math/logic errors.

• Assist cost managers with cost related assessments of scope and schedule.

• Perform cost data analytics review and modeling, as required

• Support in the preparation of cost reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• EXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years experience in a related technical field.

• EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering, construction management, finance or related program by the start of the internship (Summer 2025).

• SPECIAL SKILLS: Medium skills in MS Office applications required. Math skills to perform simple calculations; willingness to learn.

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $30 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
