Key Responsibilities:· Guide the design team in the development of innovative products and services• Manage the design process from concept to completion• Get support from the Technical Excellence team on design standards and guidelines• Create and manage design briefs and timelines• Collaborate with other departments to ensure design objectives are met• Monitor and evaluate design trends and technologies• Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget• Present design concepts to stakeholders• Manage design resources and assets• Develop and implement design strategies• Analyze customer feedback and adjust designs accordingly• Collaborate and communication with the Module Teams throughout the design process• Manage and monitor change management and risk managementRequired Skills and Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree Qualified or equivalent professional registration in a role related engineering or construction related subject from an accredited institution.· 20 years of experience in relevant fieldGeneral Competency SkillsCandidate must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
