Estimating Change Manager
Our Nebraska team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 7 years of related experience on large construction projects we would like to connect with you. We are looking for specific experience in providing project cost estimating support to project managers to help meet budgets and/or assist in the research and review of data for construction claims analyses. Desirable qualifications include experience with aviation projects, programs >$50M, and working alongside clients in a site based Project Management Office. This is a full time Faithful+Gould position with robust benefits. We seek the individual who has long term career aspirations with us. This Position will be located in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities
-Manage technical estimating standards and procedures.
-Evaluate contractor/consultant proposals and change orders to ensure compliance to project specifications and budget requirements.
-Oversee and develop policy and procedure for change order process and management from identification through final determination and ensure adherence.
-Work with Scheduling Manager to ensure Contractor/consultant milestones are met and budget adherence is accomplished.
-Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field
-Seven years relevant experience
-Supported, one or more aviation programs in the past ten years,
-thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
-Construction Estimating management experience in the aviation industry, with large projects preferred
