Executive Assistant to CEO

Join our growing team! If you're seeking a new challenge and the chance to join a world-leading professional services organization, supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, we have an opportunity for you!

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and providing assistance to our national Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting.

• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.

• Assist the CEO and Senior Leadership Team with preparation of presentation materials.

• Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

• Composes correspondence, letters and prepares documents, PowerPoint presentations as well as management reports.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.

• Help coordinate / compile / format regular reports or documents as required.
   

Desired Skills, Experience and Capabilities

• Demonstrated relevant experience in supporting senior leaders in the executive or C Suite levels.

• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.

• Expert knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

• The ability to build strong and genuine relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

• Exceptionally well organised, proactive in your approach to work, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of complex tasks.

• While it is not mandatory, experience working in large Engineering Consultancy is desirable.

• Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management.

• Extremely detail oriented.
