AtkinsRéalis are looking for an Executive Secretary / Administrator (Saudi national) to pe part of the PMC team on a major programme in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
Ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and clients at all levels
Able to act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way
Secretarial assistance to the overall management of Atkins projects
Non-technical coordination with the project team, Client and sub-consultants
Provide support to Project Managers in the preparation and compilation of various project documents such as design, tender and technical documents/reports
Responsible for project document control:
Establish and maintain the project filing in accordance with the Quality Management System
Organise and follow-up timely project document deliveries
Typing and handling of various project communications
Create and maintain outgoing document & correspondence register
Create and maintain project network directory
Handle project queries/communication in the absence of project team
Preparation and distribution of controlled project documents such as Project Quality Procedures/Change control forms
Preparing project specifications
Assist the Project Managers with the preparation and issuing of tenders and tender bulletins
Provide support to Project Managers during project audits
Coordinate tender submissions and prepare documentation for tender opening meetings
Assist in preparing tender analysis reports and recommendation to the Client
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Secretary in KSA
English & Arabic communication skills
Decent Typing skills
Good computer skills
