Responsibilities:

• Prepare Financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage suppliers’ contracts/ Packages.
• Ensure meeting Client expectations.
• Support the Head of Finance Operations on ad-hoc initiatives and analysis.
• Develop strong working relationships with team members and other key stakeholders.
• Manage subordinates ensuring their career development and coaching.

Technical Competencies:

Essential:

• Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA or other recognized Accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the Middle East, with some experience of working in a tax & compliance lead role for a construction/engineering consultancy organization.
• Sound knowledge of Middle East tax regulations and requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
• High standard of (numerical) presentation skills.
• Excellent communication in English (both written and oral).
• Experience of interacting with multiple businesses and finance functions.
• Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment.
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of JD Edwards, Hyperion Finance Management (HFM) and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Data Modelling, PowerPivot and PowerBI tools is an advantage.
• Grasp over Arabic language will be an added advantage.
