Financial Analyst (Asia)

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across the Asia finance team to analyse business performance and strategy, which helps senior management make tactical and strategic decisions based on the findings and insights
• Prepare the Monthly Business Reporting pack, support Finance Director to review monthly financial performance; identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement across the region
• Develop financial models, initiatives and policies that enhance financial growth
• Collaborate with Asia Finance team to ensure month end and quarter end reporting (commentaries, estimates, glidepath) and procedures (management verifications, interco etc.) are completed timely for the whole Asia
• Support Finance Director in budget, forecast and strategy development
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new policies or change in EPM that may affect the financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related subjects with CPA qualification
• With a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience from a sizeable multinational company
• Background in financial analysis
• Strong Business acumen and analytical mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highly organized with the ability to follow through to completion on tasks assigned
• Ambitious & curious with a desire to learn and grow
