ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the asset management activities on project as per contracts
requirements such as asset register with maintenance plans.
• Supervising & monitoring TFM contractors to implement
requirements.
• Lead the development of asset foundation documents.
• Preparing case studies and presentation materials to support
management decision.
• Facilitate and report on the Annual Asset Condition Survey together
with the Contractors.
• Ensure completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to
track Asset Management's goal achievement
• Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
• Identifying client requirements.
• Preparing reports for head office and senior managers.
• Conveying solution benefits to both business and technical audiences.
• Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
• Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties.• Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinated with supervisor and foreman on project progress.
• Ensured adherence to all facility safety precaution and procedures.
• Provided all required electrical and mechanical system technical supports.
• Consulted with external vendor on technologic upgrades.
• Ensured adherence to best and safe project practices.
• Oversaw maintenance service to contact specification.
• Superior electrical work experience
• Excellent grasp of electrical work practices and processes
• High skills in electrical control systems installation and repair
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and high voltage motors
• Exceptional familiarity with automation
• Sound ability to work with high-speed packaging equipment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Provided all required electrical system technical support.
• Coordinated with production department on project progress.
• Identified and resolved causes of equipment malfunction.
• Installs and repairs plumbing/piping/tubing
• Support the design and delivery of HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Facilitate the preparation of HVAC and Plumbing technical specifications
• Collaborate with design teams in producing HVAC and Plumbing construction drawings, studies and reports
• The ideal candidate is striving toward an independent design role, project management opportunities, and / or technical subject
matter expertise
• Design and drafting of plumbing and drainage engineering works
• Conduct planning and technical feasibility study for plumbing and drainage engineering
