We are seeking a Landscape Architect (Site Operations)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect with extensive on-site experience, particularly in Metro and Railways projects within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong background in landscape design and planning for large-scale infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs tailored to Metro and Railways projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape architecture with civil, structural, and environmental considerations.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for landscape projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, considering environmental impact and sustainability goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expertise in plant selection, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and Atkinsrealis standards throughout project phases.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering professional growth and development within the landscape architecture team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation or licensure as a Landscape Architect preferred.
  • Proven experience (10-15 years) in landscape architecture, with a focus on Metro and Railways projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification principles is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and independently when required.
  • Experience working in the UAE or similar Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is advantageous.
