Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Review Landscape submissions for Hong Kong government projects
  • Work closely together with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the landscape designs are integrated seamlessly with the overall project
  • Conceptual designs, Master plans and detailed construction drawings

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual that can manage multiple projects & handle various responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years design and management experience in landscape architecture.
  • Good track record and experience in local Hong Kong landscape architecture projects.
  • A professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects who is also a registered landscape architect as accepted by Landscape Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong under the Landscape Architects Registration Ordinance (Cap.516).
  • Successful candidate(s) will be assigned work for CEDD, HYD, WSD, DSD projects.
  • Experienced in managing and conducting LVIA’s, local Tree management tasks, Tree survey.
  • Planning and supervising the construction of landscape works.
  • Providing and/or Checking of Landscape Works, including landscape hardworks, landscape softworks, establishment works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions.
  • Must possess a reasonable knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
