General Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Develop and manage departmental reporting frameworks.
• Provide insightful analysis of operational and financial data to support decision-making at all levels.
• Prepare, format, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on project status, asset performance, and key milestones.
• Create Target Operating Model based on organizational requirements in conjunction with all the relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations to identify inefficiencies and gaps and recommend improvements to the operating model.
• Drive the implementation of process improvements identified through TOM and reporting analysis.
• Work on the resourcing strategy in line with developed target operating model.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with reporting standards.
• Support data collection, analysis, and visualization for decision-making purposes.
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes, ensuring actionable follow-ups.
• Develop and manage databases, dashboards, and report templates for efficient project tracking.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting purposes.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in reporting, administration, or document control within infrastructure, aviation, or asset management projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Experience in preparing structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
