We protect water sources, design water plants, return wastewater safely to the ecosystem, and finalize flood defence strategies. So, you’ll work with environmentally responsible teams who are always pushing research and innovation.

Principal Human Factors Consultant

Requirements:

• University Degree with honors in Ergonomics/Human Factors;
• Chartered Engineer preferable or equivalent qualifications/ experience;
• Have at least 10 years’ post graduate experience;
• Presentable, self-motivated and willing to actively contribute in all facets of consultancy business development and operation;
• Experience in rail sector, international experience an advantage;
• Experienced in Human Reliability Analysis, Ergonomic Study, THERP, Task and Workload Analysis, HEART, etc.;
• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Consultant grade.
