Quantity Surveyor - Pre Contract

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Pre-Contract Management to join our team at NEOM/remote location in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Duties:
  • Conduct feasibility, concept, schematic, and detailed design cost planning and estimating.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities, Pre-Tender Estimates, and Monthly Cost Reports.
  • Lead Value Engineering efforts to optimize project costs.
  • Support tender processes, including preparation of Instructions to Tenderers, tender analysis, and contract documentation.
  • Assist in commercial negotiations and attend design and commercial meetings as required.

Experiences and Qualifications

• Experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years post-degree relevant experience in pre-contract and commercial management.
• Experience in sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure.
• Consultant and/or client-side experience of at least 4 years.
• Proficient in QS software (Cost X or similar).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent English technical writing ability and project background.
