Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department Director and project team including document control, taking messages, report formatting, assist in company internal management system etc.
• Responsible for document control, incoming/outgoing correspondence, compliance with QA requirements;
• Maintain project filing system up to date;
• Coordinate with other department; and
• Assist with any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• High School cert or above with formal secretarial training.
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the Engineering & Construction industry would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Must be a self-starter and able to organize work efficiently and independently;
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate available or short notice will be highly preferred.
