We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Architect- Rail & Transit to join our New York, NY office that will provide the expertise of a seasoned architect, applying advanced concepts and techniques to unconventional problems. May function as an individual contributor or technical specialist.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Plans, directs and supervises the architectural aspects of reports, designs or construction projects.
• Responsible for finished plans, specifications or approval of materials and construction.
• Participates in the preparation of proposals and budgets.
• Coordinates work with other architects and professionals within and outside discipline and with support services staff.
• Participates in design-oriented quality control meetings.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; graduate level technical coursework preferred.
• 10-15 years' experience preferred.
• Current NY RA or ability to obtain one in 1-2 years
• MTA or Transit experience a plus.
• Proficient in technical design.

Expected compensation range is between $125,000 - $180,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
