Senior Cost Manager

As part of our growth strategy, Faithful+Gould is looking for a competent Senior Commercial Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Singapore Commercial Management Team. the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of projects across a range of sectors.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an existing team and to develop a career with one of the leading international professional consultancies in the industry.

The minimum criteria to be considered for shortlisting are:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Minimum 6years’ relevant experience of which at least 3 years in Singapore
• Strong technical ability in both pre-contract and post contract stages
• Experience in Mixed-use Developments, Hospitality, Corporate Real Estate/Fit-out, Logistics, Industry or Data Centres
• Previous experience with BIM for estimating, take offs, etc. would be considered advantageous.
