As a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering work driven by excellence - and doing the right thing. We have a reputation for working on some of the UK's most high-profile commissions across a wide range of projects and sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare. As well as building long-term, sustainable relationships with key clients, you'll also be a catalyst for your colleagues' career progression.

Your purpose:

• Lead the delivery of a full range of cost consultancy services for one of Sainsbury's supermarkets workstreams.
• Mentor, coach and help develop colleagues.
• Build relationships and provide outstanding support to our client stakeholders.
• Help lead the national account team and contribute to its strategy and management.
• Share in the future successes of our award-winning Sainsbury's account team.

What you can bring:

• Your drive to lead a commission to success.
• Your understanding of supermarket construction and fit out projects.
• Your knowledge of how to effectively manage the delivery of quantity surveying services.
• Your experience in analysing and negotiating contractor cost proposals as well as estimating and reporting on construction costs.
• Your proven track record of working with clients and their suppliers to identify cost savings, add value and provide prized advice.
• Your ability to build relationships as well as motivate, support and guide colleagues.
