We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Construction to join our team in Houston, TX, to lead and work on various new build and renovation projects in the Guld Coast area for a major energy company.

How will you contribute to the team?

· Provide PM services on multiple projects from early development through execution.

· Act as the Owners representative reporting directly to the Owners Design / Execution Manager.

· Represent AtkinsRealis in a professional manner and look for opportunities to grow our staff and services with the client.

· Must have very good computer skills and be able to communicate effectively with the Owners Leadership Team.

What will you contribute?

· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management; 15 plus ten years’ experience as a Project Manager.

· Extensive experience in commercial construction projects.

· Computer and communication skills required.

Expected compensation range is between $150,000 - $175,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
