Job Descriptions:

· Undertake site inspection, geo-technical and utility assessment of sites intended for new large-scale urban development in China.

· Work closely with the land use, urban design, development finance, transport and water engineering teams to determine the optimal development potential, site formation design, roads and utility requirements.

Requirements:

· At least 8 years post-qualification experience;

· Previously in a similar role with planning, design or surveying consultancy, design institutes or property developers;

· Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai/Beijing.
