As a Site Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of all personnel, equipment, and materials on construction sites. You will develop and implement security policies and procedures, manage security personnel, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Your role is critical in protecting the company's assets and maintaining a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for construction sites.

  • Monitor and assess security risks and take appropriate action to mitigate potential threats.

  • Manage and oversee a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

  • Conduct regular security inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure security measures align with project requirements.

  • Investigate security breaches, incidents, and thefts, and provide detailed reports to management.

  • Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to coordinate responses to security incidents.

  • Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel.

  • Implement and maintain access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies.

  • Provide security training and awareness programs for site personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of site based experience in security management, in the construction industry in KSA is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in managing security personnel and teams.

  • Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and safety.

  • Valid security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirable.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and respond effectively to emergencies.

  • Proficiency in using security management software and tools.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties, including patrolling and standing for extended periods.
