AtkinsRealis are looking for an energetic Stakeholder Manager in Dubai, UAE, with a prior experience in PMC/Construction industry.

Role and Responsibilities:
Map and maintain stakeholders register including any contact persons, terms of reference, MoU's, agreements, and the like.
Establish and Monitor the interfaces’ protocols between the Contractors and third parties contributing to optimal development and program set up for successful project delivery.
Facilitate cooperation between parties and stakeholders to ensure Interface Protocols are adhered to, identify any integration gaps and assist the Employer in interface and integration workshops.
Engage with key third party stakeholders effected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the project and report to the client.
Develop an Interface Management Plan, specifying the methods and processes to be adopted in the identification, development, and agreement with Third Parties.
Monitor the development, assessment, negotiation, approval, and execution of commercial agreements between client and third parties.
Provide input and solutions which allow for minimal third-party impact, whilst maintaining commercially effective project delivery.
Produce and maintain appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to the senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.
Ensure a collaborative approach is maintained across the team to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams and addressed, and appropriate interventions developed and implemented.
Qualification and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant discipline is required with transport experience
Mandatory Experience
10-12 years of experience in the construction industry.
UAE based candidates only.
Strong English communication skills mandatory – verbal and written.
Strong Arabic communication skills preferred – verbal and written.
Management and/or supervisory experience.
Experience of working in consultant environment.

Fully conversant in Microsoft Office Products.
