Connect Plus Services, and Atkins joint venture looking after the maintenance and upkeep of the M25 are looking for a Structures inspector to join their team.

As a Structures Inspector you will take responsibility for carrying out and recording principal, general and special structures inspections

Responsibilities –

• Planning programmes of inspection

• Co-ordinating road space, traffic management and access arrangements

• Carrying out inspections and recording information

• Live the Connect Plus Services Values

• Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm

• Support the delivery of the business’ Sustainability activities

Skills and Experience –

• Extensive experience and knowledge of large and complex highway structures

• Chartered structural or Civil Engineer

• Demonstrates a passion and excitement for his/her work. Tackles problems head-on and works to resolve them without delay.

• Willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations. Continually searches for ways to add value and take performance to the next level.

• Puts aside personal agendas to work for the benefit of customers and suppliers and other stakeholders. Proactively builds knowledge through sharing knowledge, ideas and expertise with others.

• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Actively collects customer information and uses it to improve services and solutions. Manages the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained.

• Plans and organises work to safely achieve maximum efficiency and output.
