Timesheet Keeper - Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for a Timesheet Keeper who Is responsible for monitoring the submission Timesheets of our project staff in UAE, Oman, KSA regions. The candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

• A relevant degree qualification

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in Administration, handling Administration functions

• Good communication skills

• Excellent team player

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Fluency in English 

• Strong working knowledge in Excel

• System knowledge desired – Oracle, Accpac, Resource Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Adding and removing of employees in the system on joining and leaving

• Give a brief introduction of timesheet procedure to new employees

• Provide monthly Timesheet summary for payroll of the month

• Resolves time sheet discrepancies, incorrect charging of jobs and un-approved time sheets

• Monitors and follows-up the timely submission of time sheets

• Summarize OT hours for payroll processing (RM and Manual PDF timesheet)

• Report summary of Unpaid leaves, Annual leave balance
