We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Waste Management Technical Assistant Energy to join our Idaho Falls, ID office. This is an entry-level position.

How will you contribute to the team?
Provides technical and administrative support to the Waste Management organization using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures. Performs document and procedure preparation, record keeping, technical research, and waste data tracking.
Composes correspondence and reports. Proofs and edits technical documents as necessary.
Performs research of waste disposition options and vendors
Performs technical writing for the waste management organization, including specifications, reports, white papers and calculations.
Assists in the tracking and documentation of waste inventories and disposition.
Enters and retrieves waste characterization data in various databases.
Creates databases and spreadsheets as required.
Assists management in the tracking and trending a various project metrics (safety, quality, training)
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What will you contribute?
High School diploma or equivalent. College or technical education preferred.
Technical work experience or education.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Strong multitasking skills.
Strong time management skills.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.
This is an entry-level position.
