Employee Resource Groups - Women in Leadership (WIL)
An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a voluntary, employee-led group that is formed based on a particular trait or interest of group members. A member does not necessarily have to share the same trait as those in the group but can participate as anally to the group. ERGs are designed to help foster an inclusive workplace and can bring people together to focus on actions and initiatives for that group, such as networking, professional development, raising awareness, and building support within the AtkinsRéalis community.
The WIL mission is to empower female employees to inspire career journeys and achieve professional goals as an inclusive employee network.
