We're addressing the early decline in STEM interest among girls between 11 and 16. Colleagues across the organization have pulled together to strategically embed ED&I into our Environmental, Social, and Governance framework. We're building meaningful relationships with schools, from getting STEM volunteers to engage with classes to placing STEM Governors in marginalized schools, empowering girls, and nurturing faster industry-wide change.
