Programme and Project Management
You'll be part of our P3M Delivery Practice. In your role, you'll enable organisations to achieve maximum benefits from digital transformation and innovative operations. You'll work directly with clients, identifying, shaping and managing better delivery capabilities. You'll be supported to lead your own work packages or Agile delivery teams across our markets.
Management consultancy - business case, change and procurement
We're looking for passionate people to make a difference. Working on a variety of projects across government and critical national infrastructure that will influence the future of our country. Managing projects from start to finish, developing and implementing innovative technological solutions to complex client problems, and supporting the nationwide digital transformation. You'll be responsible for winning new work by creating compelling bids and spotting opportunities to grow AtkinsRéalis' services.
Cost modelling and decision scientists
You'll undertake projects that use quantitative and qualitative methods to analyse, model and identify solutions to our customers’ business decisions. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with customers to scope their analysis requirements and modelling complex scenarios using various techniques. You will also generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing cost-benefit analysis to support business cases for major projects.
Data science and geospatial
Join a team that provides a range of services covering the full lifecycle of location-based information from data acquisition, processing and spatial analysis to information and data management. You'll be responsible for delivering innovative, quality solutions to our clients enabling them to use data to make well-informed decisions in a user-friendly and intuitive environment. Our success lies in our integration across the AtkinsRéalis businesses, and our hunger to push geospatial solutions ever forward.
Data and infrastructure architecture
You'll provide architectural consultancy and expertise to our clients on their technology roadmaps Data Assurance, Data Security and Data Exploitation. In order to increase the value of data and allow them to increase agility, business responsiveness and deliver business value faster. You'll be responsible for defining data architecture, data models, options and solutions to meet strategic business objectives. Ensuring these designs and solutions are efficient, sustainable and fit for purpose for current and future business needs.
Cyber security
Join a team that delivers cyber security advice and guidance for clients in BAU, technical refresh and new project environments. You'll be able to apply technical knowledge, with creative and innovative thinking and identify and establish good security governance to meet client business requirements. Being responsible for cyber security risk assessments and determining the most cost-effective deployment of security controls and solutions for our clients. Stakeholder management is key.
Training and human factors
Join our growing Human Factors team, you'll have responsibility for quality technical delivery, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships. Client-facing tasks will vary from working in multi-disciplinary teams on major engineering programmes to carrying out specialised work on an individual basis and supporting colleagues in the delivery of specific project outputs. You'll have experience in some of the following; Human Machine Interface development, scientific methods and statistics, procedures analysis, safety analysis, human performance measurements, workstation and operations room design. Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is ideal.
Safety and asset management
You'll be supported to lead projects in Systems thinking – analysing, assessing and developing ways to mitigate safety, environmental and cyber threats. Keep yourself challenged on our wide variety of projects, from niche consultancy schemes to large, high-profile programmes.
Software systems and automation
As the Software and Systems Automation team, we need to hire the best software engineers so we can develop and maintain software-intensive solutions that enable and empower end-users and deliver high value to our customers. We can only achieve this if our engineers continually learn and develop to master their art, maintain awareness of emergent technologies and best practices, and embrace delivering as a team. Our commitment is to provide the coaching, training, tools and opportunities you need to succeed. We believe Agile allows us to reliably deliver solutions that put the user’s needs first and create an engaging and motivating environment for our people.
Mechanical and systems engineering
Joining a team that requires complex solutions to technically challenging engineering problems faced by our clients. From initial design concepts for new products to qualification testing, certification and in-service support, you'll be involved at all stages of a project. Mechanical disciplines include; classical and finite element stress analysis of composite and metallic components, systems engineering, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis through to composite and metallic design. You will be joining a high-end engineering team working on groundbreaking projects.
Systems integration and business analysts
You'll be confident in your ability to extract, combine, process, analyse and interpret data from different sources. Supporting bids and live project teams to develop and implement appropriate methodologies for projects. You'll be a clear communicator who can build relationships with key stakeholders and accurately understand their requirements in a fast-paced environment. Bringing data visualisation skills and the ability to make recommendations on the findings of analyses is key.
